Darlings helped us when we needed them the most. Last December my father had past away and my wife and I was getting ready to drive to NJ, I was concern with our vehicle making the trip and just had Last December my father had past away and my wife and I was getting ready to drive to NJ, I was concern with our vehicle making the trip and just had surgery and could not anything to fix our vehicle if something went wrong during our trip. We stop by Darlings in Ellsworth walked in told Mike Freedman we needed a vehicle to get us to NJ for my fathers funeral. Told Mike what we owed and what the payment we could afford. We needed two things out of vehicle, 4 wheel drive and towing hitch. Did not care what it was as long as it was not a truck. That night we walked away with 2016 Jeep Cherokee. Darlings worked with so this could happen. This has been the best vehicle we have had in years. This was the first time that I ever purchased a vehicle without looking under the hood and had no idea what features the Cherokee had until after we got to NJ the next day. Want to thank Darlings for working with us and we are very happy with our 2016 Cherokee. More

The service people go out of their way to courteous and make sure that they understand the nature of any problems that you may be having with your vehicle and they do an excellent job of telling you what they have found and what your options are. I'm a summer resident of Islesford (Little Cranberry Island), ME, and this past summer I had an electrical problem with my 2014 Cadillac, which I keep I'm a summer resident of Islesford (Little Cranberry Island), ME, and this past summer I had an electrical problem with my 2014 Cadillac, which I keep in Northeast Harbor while I'm in Maine. I wanted to get it corrected before taking the long drive back to Florida, so I went to Darling's in Ellsworth (the nearest GM dealer), only to find that Cadillac warranty work is usually done only by a Cadillac dealer, the nearest of which is in Bangor, some 50 miles farther away from my ferry landing in Northeast Harbor, Darling's made an exception on account of the logistics of my getting to/from the island and did the work onsite, and they couldn't have been more helpful. I'd like to especially thank Anyulia Brown, who went out of her way to make all the arrangements for me, Andrew Buzzell, who handled the repair and Kip Cameron, who drove me to and from Northeast Harbor. I couldn't recommend Darling's more highly! I don't know whether gold stars are still given out for anything, but Darling's deserves five!!! More
