Brad confidently knows that their brands stand on their own with first-in-class quality and style inside and out. His team worked together to customize a financing approach (thanks Matt) that worked for us and was within our predetermined budget. Before buying, we went to the service waiting area and asked people waiting for their vehicle how many vehicles have they bought here, and how is the service and the responses included, "We have bought 3 vehicles here and the service is fantastic and we wouldn't go anywhere else." In this case, it was just the opposite; a very professional and cooperative effort the whole way through. From the initial phone questions with Dylan in customer service who really took the time to listen, through the sales introduction trade in process and appraisal with Jarred, to test drive and new car purchase with Mike Hill, the whole process was seamless. As well, I have bought and leased numerous cars in my day, but never as good an experience with the "paperwork" as dealing with Andy King in finance. The fact I remember all their names speaks highly of them and their character, because they all make the car trading and buying process fun, knowledgeable and easy. Putting the basketball into the basket for a 500 dollar discount make it even better! Smooth deal,,but learned a lesson--- My husband and I went in to check out a suv that I saw advertised on the website.Only thing we didn't do right was to take the car we were trading in My husband and I went in to check out a suv that I saw advertised on the website.Only thing we didn't do right was to take the car we were trading in when we did the deal because it was "just a drive"we were going on and was raining so we were driving our other suv..Well I saw the suv I was looking at,,,took a test drive and bam,,,wanted it...So we did the deal---without having my car there that we were trading,,they gave us a round about figure on the estimate,,,but I feel I didn't get a fair price for my car.My stupidity probably cost us $$ because it was a 2014 Ford Focus SE with around 14000 miles,,and we were the only owners of the car...It was in mint condition and they gave us a trade of $8100.... I have learned from this as I should have got more for my trade.Other than that Alex and Andy were great to us...My husband has done soo many deals through Darlings and he said "I didn't even get a hat,,,they always give me a hat,,,Alex is a new guy,,I guess he didn't know about the hats..... More
