First-class service On April 10 my 2009 Civic (purchased at Darling's Bangor) was very slow to start. Worse than that were the electrical gremlins that popped up: "Enter On April 10 my 2009 Civic (purchased at Darling's Bangor) was very slow to start. Worse than that were the electrical gremlins that popped up: "Enter code" messages, lit airbag icons, all kinds of crazy things. Anyway, I had left my house in Bar Harbor and was on my way to Darling's Bangor, and then thought maybe the Ellsworth shop could help. So I drop by out of the blue to the service department, where I met Mike Ellis. To make a long story short, he took care of everything with good cheer and helpfulness. With minimal input from the Bangor service department, he figured everything out (turned out to be a bad battery) and sent me on my way. Fantastic! So, many thanks to Mike. It ended up being a very pleasant experience. Even my Labrador retriever, Mimi, would agree (she got lots of love in the waiting room). It goes without saying you have a first-class employee who is a great credit to your operation. More

Wonderful service at Darlings Auto Mall Early this morning I called the service department due to an engine light on my dash. I was told."come right up and we will work you in"! It was magic...my car was repaired and ready for me by 3:30 the same day! The problem was fixed and they were also able to do service on my car which was scheduled for next week, which included, an oil change, my wheels aligned and the transmission fluid flushed and replaced. I also had a loaner car because we did not know if this could all be completed today. This service was amazing, efficient and the bill was very affordable . I bought a GMC Terrain from Darlings in 2011 and have had it serviced there regularly. I cannot say enough about my experience thus far. My car repair was completed later that afternoon at a fair and reasonable price. When I arrived to pick up my vehicle, Mike took the time to review and explain all the charges on the invoice. I utilize Darling's Auto Mall in Ellsworth for both Scheduled Maintenance and some Unscheduled Maintenance as I not only receive great service from the Service Write/Repesentative but the mechanics in Scheduled Maintenance and some Unscheduled Maintenance as I not only receive great service from the Service Write/Repesentative but the mechanics in the service area as well. I like the way that Darling's keeps me updated on the status of my vehicle and the fact that the Ellsworth Darling's Auto Mall isn't a FORD Dealership they also perform the required maintenance checks on both of my FORD Products as required by FORD as stated in the FORD Vehicle Manual. Beside this ANY automotive dealer/service facility that allows me to have my dog with me in the customer waiting area has to be outstanding!! More
