EVERYONE of the several members of the Darling's Team I had the pleasure to meet with was VERY helpful. They were available in person, by phone and online whenever I reached out to contact them. Prompt communication, top quality service and value are top priorities of mine when buying any product but especially a new vehicle. Because of this exceptionally warm and caring treatment by this division of the Darlings "Family" of businesses, I also ordered and have since taken delivery of a 2016 Jeep Rubicon for my wife at another Darlings dealership in Ellsworth. Service Dept. I moved from Florida in 2009. I had a Chevy Impala and stopped in to have it serviced at Morrison Chevrolet. That is when I met Dana from the service I moved from Florida in 2009. I had a Chevy Impala and stopped in to have it serviced at Morrison Chevrolet. That is when I met Dana from the service dept. I was so impressed with his professionalism and his genuine caring about my car that I decided to stay at this dealership for all my car needs. In 2011, I bought a new Traverse and was so happy that I knew I would have good service because of Dana and obviously the mechanics who worked on my car. I have worked retail for 40 years and I can recognize good and honest customer service. When Darlings took over the dealership, I was concerned that the good service might change but when I came and saw Dana, I knew I would not have to worry. He follows through with his customers and calls with updates about the progress of the car and even after the car is picked up he checks in to make sure everything is alright. Dana is a real asset to your company and I look forward to many more years to having my car under his care. Next year I am going to buy another car and I feel very comfortable knowing that Dana and your wonderful mechanics will be there if needed. Turned a bad experince with new GM truck into great one I recently purchased a new 2015 silverado from darlings in ellsworth, shortly after purchase i noticed that the frame was all rusted and the under coa I recently purchased a new 2015 silverado from darlings in ellsworth, shortly after purchase i noticed that the frame was all rusted and the under coating peeling, i was extremely upset,living in maine rust is a huge concern, but not a concern crossing my mind on a brand new truck, i took the truck in to speak to Dana in service, he understood my concern, an scheduled my truck t go to an independent body shop to have the frame taken care of. He set me up in a new rental truck as well. After i got my truck back i noticed there were still several substantial rust spots, i sent dana an email with photos, he imediately addressed it , sent my truck back to the body shop and made them fix it right, he then personally inspected it before deliveing it back to me. This is why i shop at darlings, i have bought several new vehicles at darlings and will never shop any where else. Thank you Darlings, and thank you Dana Listman. More

Nick spent a great deal of time with me, narrowing down my choices and ultimately special ordering a vehicle for me that fit the bill. He kept me posted on the status of the vehicle throughout the process and seemed as enthusiastic in selling me the vehicle as I was excited to buy it. His knowledge of the features and attributes of the car were really helpful and I very much appreciate all of the time that he put into this transaction. I would highly recommend Nick as a salesperson, and the entire Chevrolet dealership team, where I've had stellar service for each of the previous 3 cars that I've purchased there. More
