Very poor communication skill. I was left with rental payment after ny vehicle was done, I went in to get ny vehicle after I got a text from progressive but I was told it wasn’t fi I was left with rental payment after ny vehicle was done, I went in to get ny vehicle after I got a text from progressive but I was told it wasn’t finished and I will be contacted when its done. I spoke with Doug at the Coalitions center and John over at service. None of them were communicated. My car got SAT there for no work done the whole week and left me with a FAT rental bill. And Doug claimed that I wasn’t being communicated where I went and spoke with John at service. This is ridiculous, and I won’t be back there ever again. Complaints at the State at Atterney General office is being filed. I am not letting this go east. Not fair for a customer who was told one thing and went to insurance company and tell another thing. I have always had my concerns and questions immediately addressed by this dealership. Always felt respected. Shuttle drivers are friendly and respectful. Only issues have been with corporate office when I addressed by this dealership. Always felt respected. Shuttle drivers are friendly and respectful. I went for service of a diesel issue and oil change, price to replace 2 front tires. Oil change was ridiculously priced, twice what I normally pay. Tires were very expensive, decided not to replace. Price given for diesel repair was absolutely 💯 out of touch. Part was almost 50% Mark up from OEM Dodge parts.
