Im not sure how you came up with the price for the oil change. I normally have Mobil 1 put in,roughly 13qts. The filter according to the bill the oil filter was a $125.00 i can't even fathom that. The mechanic i used usually charged me around 130 total at his shop. The price of the tires was over $200 more than area tire shops. The parts price on the diesel repair was unreasonable at nearly a 50% mark up on OEM DODGE RAM parts. I understand that you are in the business to make money but rather than have a new customer that lives in the area, you now have a disgusted customer that would have been buying a newer truck soon plus services. Definitely not what I was expecting nor could I afford.
