We want to be transparent that when you dropped off your truck you let us know you would be back to collect your belongings and that the gear would not be going back into the vehicle. When a week passed without hearing from you we were not aware the items needed to be brought inside or covered. We completely understand that is frustrating and we wish we had handled it differently.
