She has a hard time meeting new people, going into public places, and even making phone calls to her own family. Jeff Joler, the sales representative Sherri dealt with was simply – Amazing. His personality and approach not only helped her feel comfortable (no small feat), but it also made her feel safe. Jeff not only sold her a car, he provided the environment that allowed her to do more than she had done before. He helped her succeed. Jeff worked hard to find the car Sherri wanted at a price we could afford. His natural excitement was not only infectious, but it was truly sincere. Not only will we buy all future vehicles from Darling's, We will be starting every search with a call to Jeff. I also want to thank Jason Decker next. I know it couldn't have been easy to make a deal for a 2011 with under fifty thousand miles for a price and payments that were lower than what we were paying for our (much) older and (way) higher mileage vehicle. A friend suggested I contact Paul Watson at Darling's because she had a good experience working with him to purchase her vehicle. Paul was very helpful without being pushy or aggressive. I took my van in for its annual inspection and found it needed a considerable amount of work done. Devon (from the service department) did a great job explaining the work that needed to be done. He was helpful and friendly - willing and capable of answering the questions I had. He is the reason I will continue to have my vehicle serviced at Darling's. Oh, did I mention that Paul Watson was there when I took my van in? Paul and I struck up a friendly conversation about my love of Dodge Caravans. He told me the Caravans were being discontinued and replaced by the Chrysler Pacifica. He showed me one they had on the lot. I was impressed by his knowledge of the Pacifica's features and the similarities it had to the caravan as well as many new/improved features. My husband and I drove the Pacifica and a late model Caravan. Paul was easy to work with once again. My new Pacifica is parked in my driveway! Thank you, Paul and Steve for the smooth transaction.
