He did an excellent job with customer service as he was already helping another couple! We let him know what we were looking for, he did not try to direct us to another model but put us into a Juke. We test drove the Juke and knew it was the SUV for us. We told him what we wanted as far as accessories, color, year, etc and he began the search. He let us know a Juke had just been traded in that was close to our specifications, we said no. He was fine with that, but promised to let us know when one of our choice came in. There was no, "Oh, how about this or that model instead"! Ultimately, we are now the proud owners of a 2014 Nissan Juke and love it! It was a smooth purchase for us the customers! Kuddos to Darlings for hiring Lubo, he's a keeper! More

Scott Larrabee was the perfect salesman for me because of his professional, friendly, and low-key demeanor. He knows his product and patiently explained the many new features and package options of the 2016 Murano while listening to what I wanted in a vehicle. He emailed pictures of an available vehicle from another location and arranged for me to test drive both the Murano and Rogue for comparison. Still unsure that I wanted to give up my car, I must have been a bit of a challenge for Scott. He wisely allowed me plenty of time to convince myself that trading was the right thing for me to do. Once my decision was made, Scott found a Murano with everything I wanted and efficiently handled the delivery and paperwork. After the sale, he followed up with a thank you card and phone call. Scott was right...I love my new Murano! I highly recommend Scott Larrabee and Darlings. More

Positive Experience I dreaded going to a dealership to purchase a vehicle. I was set up with an appointment with Scott who met me at the door. At no time did I feel pre I dreaded going to a dealership to purchase a vehicle. I was set up with an appointment with Scott who met me at the door. At no time did I feel pressured to buy something more than what I wanted. Scott found a vehicle that met my needs, and together we added some "I'd really like to have this" accessories. He worked with me to make the best possible deal. Meeting with Lee Lorigan was another good experience. He explained in detail what the extra options are and why they would be a good idea to have. Again, no pressure to get something I really didn't need/want. When I picked up the vehicle, Scott had all the paperwork ready and explained the features of the car, so in less than a half hour, I was on the road. Scott and Lee are a great team. Thank you! More
