Amazingly enjoyable On September 29 my 2009 CRV was hit by another driver. Unfortunately there was nothing they could do. My car was totaled. Joe Pelletier listened to my story and to the fact that I was a reluctant shopper at that point. I was torn between the Rogue and another CRV. We had conversation about the pros and cons of both as far as my needs were concerned. I had been driving a rental Rogue, so he found me a CRV to test drive. I was smitten from the minute I started driving it. Joe made the whole experience thoroughly enjoyable. I could feel that he cared that I made the best decision for me. He gave me choices, he made me laugh and I felt like we connected. I also want to say thank you to Ben Doucette for making the financing portion as easy and pleasant as he did. Darlings has a great team. Part of my decision to come back to Darlings for my car buying needs is the great service department. Once again, thank you to everyone, but especially Joe and Ben for helping out a person who was still mourning the loss of her trusty car but needed to move on and get a new one. They treated me very well and I would recommend them to anyone I know who is thinking of buying a car. Thanks again. I am truly greatful. More

My girlfriend and I came to the dealership pretty late to look at our options. Being a Honda guy i naturally leaned towards a CR-V. She drove it and didnt find it exciting. Joe suggested a Nissan Rogue (he knew she would love it before I did) and sure enough she fell in love. I asked to take delivery at 645pm (our 7 month old son was starting to fuss due to it being close to his bedtime) During the paperwork signing Joe took a hold of our son and entertained him. All i heard was laughter and giggles from my son. Darlings and Joe will always have my business! Thank you!!!! More
