I return for some of the service and I am always happy with the results. Steve York is the guy who helps me, my "agent" at the dealership. I like that consistency. He strikes the perfect balance of professionalism and friendliness. He is very honest about what I need done to my car. I never feel like unnecessary work is being pushed on me. It's clearly a busy place, but I can always get an appointment. Twice I've needed to rent a car and Steve arranged a good deal. Darlings has a courtesy van that will take you anywhere while the car is being worked on = very convenient. They've gotten me to work on time 1/2 hour away. I could bring my dog to the waiting room and in the van. I would buy a car from Darling's again and highly recommend this company. More
