Service with product knowledge I have never received "good service" at darlings Volvo, it has always been "excellent". With over 10 years of having my vehicle serviced at darlings I have never received "good service" at darlings Volvo, it has always been "excellent". With over 10 years of having my vehicle serviced at darlings they have always been very accommodating to my schedule and needs, I've had good technical explanations and suggestions of what needs to be done now or at the next Service appointment. Arrangements have been very satisfactory when the car for some reason parts or otherwise could not be serviced mediately or in the same day. I have never found fault with any of the work that was done on the vehicle it was always very craftsman like. Your current service manager Tim Oversmith is one of the best Service managers I have ever worked with he's not afraid to say he doesn't know, go find out what the answer is and come back to me so that we can discuss it and figure out what we,ll do. Exceptional Customer Experience I had the most positive experience buying my most recent car from Darlings Honda. I was in a lease (also with Darlings) and because I traveled more th I had the most positive experience buying my most recent car from Darlings Honda. I was in a lease (also with Darlings) and because I traveled more than expected, I was over the miles allowed by my lease with a few months remaining. Bryan was great about showing me my different options. They even offered to feed my two kids lunch while I was trying out vehicles and discussing my options. She opted for the 9 prepaid oil changes and after we finished the transaction he introduced her to the service department then spent more time to get her Bluetooth set up and to show her the car's features. Service is terrific! I take my 2008 CR-V to Darlings for all service needs and I have never had a bad experience. Work is completed in a timely manner. I Love The Way I'm Treated My Honda Accord went in for its' second service appointment recently... nothing bad just a state inspection and a wheel alignment check. I really like My Honda Accord went in for its' second service appointment recently... nothing bad just a state inspection and a wheel alignment check. I really like this dealership. I am always treated well and I feel very valued as their customer. Their fine service staff is very courteous to me and always carry themselves in a neat, positive and professional manner. What really impressed me is that my paperwork was in the hands of my very good service advisor, Steve York as I walked into the dealership. Steve listens to me and is very attentive to making sure that my needs are recognized and always follows through whether it be his advice, recommendations or making sure that all is in order before I leave. The wheel alignment check is very impressive and I perceive as being very accurate. Not only was I told that no alignment was needed, I was given a computer generated print out from the alignment analyzer. Very Nicely Done Indeed. I plan to have most (I like to tinker myself) if not all of my service work performed at Darlings Honda. I have come to know that I along with my vehicle will be very well taken care of. More
