I love the coffee. ...and the services there. I've bought all my vehicles there since 2005 if I remember correctly. I've bought their used (Pilot),pre-owned certified ...and the services there. I've bought all my vehicles there since 2005 if I remember correctly. I've bought their used (Pilot),pre-owned certified (Hybrid Civic) and new car (Insight). I am a straight forward guy so if the vehicle needs to be fixed or maintenance, and the price is right... LET'S DO IT! **Quick services and nice people all around**!!! The only complaint I have is that sometimes when I am getting coffee there (FREE), it's all gone and I have to wait for an extra 15 sec for them to refill it..... ;) More

I was kept informed and educated on the steps being taken and treated like someone they cared about. This is a group of people that you can tell love their jobs and care about not only the customer but also the dealership they represent. Darlings is lucky to have such dedicated, honest, helpful and educated employees. There is a lack of that most everyplace these days. I look forward to taking my car back in and not many people could say that. :) Tim, Wicky and Forest thank you so much for everything. I am grateful! More

Excellent, Friendly, and Efficient Customer Service I travel extensively so when I had to make the decision to purchase a new vehicle, I turned to the dealership that I had a long trusting history with I travel extensively so when I had to make the decision to purchase a new vehicle, I turned to the dealership that I had a long trusting history with. It should be noted that I had consulted with Tim Oversmith on repairs and, with his guidance and expertise guidance a decision was made to purchase a new car. It was then that I learned that this could be the last year that my XC70 wagon would be available and that a new model would be replacing this. As always, I called David Noda to put the start the process. I have always had a great relationship with Dave and would frequently contact him for advice. He knows what I want in my vehicle and was a great resource for Brian. Now.....remember....I am working 2,000 miles away and I am buying a car sight unseen. Brian Perry became my sales person and I was TRULY blessed. He was excellent in understanding my needs....he interpersonal skills are commendable and he has been well trained in customer service. He was a trooper in understanding my travel and was efficient in securing the "perfect" car for me. I had the pleasure of meeting and speaking with Brian when I went in to do the final paperwork on my car. What a pleasant young man and so very knowledgable. Michael was a pleasure to work with....friendly and extremely efficient to work with. This was truly a great experience. More
Superior Customer Service My lease was about to end on my 2014 Nissan Pathfinder and my husband and I went into Darlings on Saturday, 4/30/16 to see what our options were. We My lease was about to end on my 2014 Nissan Pathfinder and my husband and I went into Darlings on Saturday, 4/30/16 to see what our options were. We have leased about 6 or 7 cars from Darlings since we moved to Maine 8 years ago and we have always been very pleased with the customer service. I really don't pay attention to details of a car...as long as it drives forward, can stop, and has a cup holder, I am fine with any car (Oh! And it has to be the right color too :)!). I go to Darlings not because its a Nissan or Honda or Volvo, I choose Darlings because they provide exceptional customer service and I feel that they give me a fair deal on my leases. With that said, we went into Darlings and we were met by Ryan Ramsey. He took the time to learn about what it was I was looking for, assessed the car I was returning, showed us our options and talked about the differences. We were introduced to Jim Prescott, the manager, and he worked his magic to provide us with the deal that made us happy. We then worked with Lee Lorigan to complete the paperwork. Ryan, Jim & Lee were friendly, easy to work with and happy to answer any questions we had. All three employees were phenomenal and made our car buying experience fun and successful...and THAT'S why we choose Darlings! Thank you Ryan, Jim and Lee for all your help yesterday! I will see you again in 36 months :) !!! (I also want to give a shout out to Josh Rickman....he has always helped us with paperwork/financing stuff in the past and has always been great to work with too. As for sales, we were loyal to Allan Worcester...but, he has since retired!!) More

From the moment I first called to the time that I picked my car up after it was finished. Tim met me when I pulled in and we conferred about the issues with my car, told me exactly how long it would take, and sent me on my way to run errands. At almost exactly the time Tim told me he would call me, my phone started ringing and he said the car was finished. Great experience from start to finish. More
