Another Awesome Darlings Experience. I've been a Darlings customer since 1987 and my family even longer. I'm taking the time share another great shopping experience. I met Lee Lorigan a I've been a Darlings customer since 1987 and my family even longer. I'm taking the time share another great shopping experience. I met Lee Lorigan a couple years ago when shopping with my mother. "Frank is my salesmen and will be selling me my car" she said. Lee, knowing this, totally stepped up to the plate that day. It was Frank's day off and Lee didn't miss a beat. We were not an easy customer for Lee. She was going from a CRV to something unknown. Patient Lee went along and gave us complete caring attention for three days of shopping assisting Frank if he was busy with other customers. We drove every Nissan sport utility, every Honda sport utility and she ended up with an Accord, (again). Knowing Frank was retiring, I decided to have Lee assist me with the purchase of my new car. Again, Lee was great. My shopping time lasted about a month. One day I came in, Lee wasn't in and a deja vu. This new guy Mike stepped up and kindly assisted me that day fully knowing Lee was my salesman. Never have I felt like I wasn't a part of the Darlings family by the constant "team spirit" attitude of everyone I deal with. In closing I want to also mention Ben the finance guy. I walked in boldly stating "I'm not buying your magic car wax" but he made me want to hear him "educate" me as to how magic it truly is and I almost purchased it. (Not really, but Ben was great.) I usually don't enjoy that portion of the purchasing process, but Ben changed that for me. Special shout out to the following; Lee, Frank, Mike and Ryan and Ben! New car purchas Lee was courteous. We went in to test drive a new CRV. Wanted one with more options and he immediately found one and brought it to his dealership. Lee was courteous. Accepted the transferred CRV and bought it the following day. Clean courteous business. All staff even the auto guys spoke when walking past. Makes you feel welcome.
