I have been with my salesman Mike Wright for six years. I have always been treated very well and I will have been through purchasing 3 vehicles with him and the company. The way that customer service is he I have always been treated very well and I will have been through purchasing 3 vehicles with him and the company. The way that customer service is here I fully intend to only ever buy a vehicle from this dealership. Even if something unforseen occurred in the past I have been taken care of and the team I have worked with on repeat always shows up and shows out beyond everything I ask for. More

The service at the dealership was excellent, they completed all that was on the list of what I wanted done. At the last minute the care computer stopped working and they would have to have it shipped completed all that was on the list of what I wanted done. At the last minute the care computer stopped working and they would have to have it shipped in. But the the dealership stepped up and sent me home with a new car with only 4 thousand miles. The part took 4 days to get there, in dealership did not charge me a dime for the loaned car and all work was completed one hundred percent to my satisfaction. If you need wor done you need to go to Darling delership and recieve out standing service. More
I purchased a new Kia Soul, and as I do before any major purchase, I prayed to Jesus about the decision. The car itself has been great, and I’ve been very happy with it. The dealership clearly has a well-t purchase, I prayed to Jesus about the decision. The car itself has been great, and I’ve been very happy with it. The dealership clearly has a well-trained sales team that is ready to help you purchase a vehicle. Unfortunately, my experience with the service department has left me wanting more. Sometimes it’s the little things that tell a customer whether their business is still valued after the sale—making sure the next-service sticker is updated, properly checking the tires, and keeping accurate information on the service paperwork. One of my tires was replaced, yet its age appears to have simply been guessed on my paperwork. I also look forward to the complimentary car wash when I bring my Kia in for service, but that wasn’t done during my last visit. More concerning to me is the lack of communication. I contacted the service manager through Kia’s contact page about these issues and other issues, never received a response. I know the messages are being received because I used the same contact page around the same time for another matter and did receive a response. I really do like my Kia Soul, and my experience with the sales team was positive. But customer service shouldn’t end when the vehicle leaves the sales lot. When someone spends around $30,000 with a dealership, they should continue to feel like a valued customer when they return for service. A little more attention to detail and communication from the service department would go a long way toward making the ownership experience as good as the vehicle itself. Please note, I corrected the tire documentation error on the tire that was really new as KIA just replaced it but no car wash. I do not like leaving bad reviews but I must be honest currently I do not feel like a valued customer at Darlings. More
