The dealership I would describe as average. I was there for service and cannot speak of the sales department. There was an electrical problem that my usual mechanic could not fix. It turns out Darling's Kia was no better and much more expensive. The mechanic , I assume wasn't given enough time to find the real issue. Instead a new battery was installed. On the way home the same problem occured, leaving me stranded. So much for the Dealer expertise. More

Outstanding service! Management was there from the getgo! I was more than satisfied with how efficient Ryan & his team were at diagnosing then fixing the problem. Meaning business is done with an assurance to quality. Transparancy was effective i felt. Though im a 1st time customer its obvious to me there is consistency thruout the process here. I say this because my opinion holds merit. For over 30 yrs i've worked in the customer service field. Preference is training the do/do nots to incl. newhire-Mngment. So i am saying this for good reason! When a customer feels included throughout the process is more times than not very appreciated. It takes a good manager to keep the crew mindful! As Darlings did their job i was always informed at each step. Post initial assessment, an objective accompanied by options presented in detail for me to consider were available. By the time i left all my stress was gone! Instead i left feeling confident that when I return in 2 wks my car would be good as new. It was!
