Originally I saw the 2012 Kia Forte as I was driving by and i decided to stop and and check the vehicle out. Brandon came up to me and explained and informed me about the car and never seemed to be pushy, and i decided to stop and and check the vehicle out. Right off the bat I didn't feel like i was just at some random dealer, this was different. Being a first time buyer ,I had my mom with me and Brandon worked some numbers with us. Once we got to where we wanted to be, we took the vehicle for a test drive, I loved it and Brandon explained even more cool features and did not rush me at all. After the drive I got to stay in the vehicle for a little bit and learn more about its cool features. Being a first time buyer with no available cosigner, getting approved was tough but Nissan World tried many different options and many banks, I had a very personal experience, Brandon kept me updated to the minute on what was going on, and I am very pleased to say the dealership tried different options to get me the car. I was approved for it and Brandon let me know. He truly did a flawless job throughout the whole process. When the day came to finalize everything, Nissan World tried very hard to get me the car the same day and they did, another thing I loved. Even though they had the sale wrapped up, they still took care to still keep me updated and work hard for me, that is something I could really appreciate. I will definitely buy from Nissan World again in the future, hopefully Brandon can help me out again. I've had my share of nightmares dealing with with car dealerships, auto sales ploys, deception, and illegal ma service or have gotten a better deal!! Well seasoned in customer service I can't imagine what kind of mentality it takes to behave so recklessly towards people and not have to wrestle every night with ones own conscience. This (Memorial Day) weekends' personal experience at Nissan World of Dartmouth was by far the total opposite of the afore mentioned. Not only was I very pleased in my purchase but also with the people I met. Specifically the person who helped me get what I came for. I don't even want to call him a "salesman". More like meeting a great person at a car dealership. He made me WANT to trust that he was working for me - he wasn't there to confuse, pressure, or annoy. The entire experience was better because of him. His name is Brian Ponte. I'll not forget that this is the very first time in my 30 plus years purchasing vehicles, that I can seriously rave about the experience. I think I'm still in shock.
