I brought by car into the dealership and asked a service rep. (Doug) to listen to a fan noise. He was very receptive to checking out the noise. I made an appointment and the mechanic found a problem that wo rep. (Doug) to listen to a fan noise. He was very receptive to checking out the noise. I made an appointment and the mechanic found a problem that would take several hours to resolve. A loaner car was offered. I was informed the problem would take several hours to resolve.
