The service department did a good job with the repairs, but I was disappointed by the cost. The pricing felt very expensive, and I had to ask for a veteran’s discount instead of it being offered. I appreciate receiving the discount, but recognizing and offering it proactively to veterans would have made for a much better customer experience. I hope the dealership considers making its service pricing more competitive and showing greater appreciation for those who have served. More
