Pressure sales. General manager was rude and then did not respond to calls. Both our salesman Nick, and the business manager Luis were incredibly knowledgable about the Nissan Pathfinder I was looking for. They clearly presented all of our options for extended warranties and ser were incredibly knowledgable about the Nissan Pathfinder I was looking for. They clearly presented all of our options for extended warranties and service packages, respecting our decisions and not pressuring to do more than that. I really appreciated that.
