This was a fair experience overall The best part about this was they put me in the vehicle I wanted. I have no complaints with that. A couple of things weren't explained to me...such as enrollment in AutoPay plus at an additional cost to me. The finance department never told me. With the vehicle being certified I would expect to not have to replace bulbs within 2 weeks of purchase. The user manual was not included with the vehicle and when I picked it up, the second key was not made. I was told it was a mix up in the system that didn't note the Pathfinder was certified used. I was told I would need to come back and it would be about an hour to make the keys. I have not had good experiences with car purchase but what made this one better is I did find the perfect fit.
