Pressure sales. General manager was rude and then did not respond to calls. Dealer sold a car without having the title in hand and did not disclose to the buyer unti General manager was rude and then did not respond to calls. Dealer sold a car without having the title in hand and did not disclose to the buyer until after contract was signed. Was unable to take possession of the vehicle for more than a week after initial transaction. More

Both our salesman Nick, and the business manager Luis were incredibly knowledgable about the Nissan Pathfinder I was looking for. They clearly presented all of our options for extended warranties and ser were incredibly knowledgable about the Nissan Pathfinder I was looking for.
