Good deal with honest communication I purchased a car here after doing extensive online research and communicating via email with several dealerships. I found Dartmouth Nissan's email co I purchased a car here after doing extensive online research and communicating via email with several dealerships. I found Dartmouth Nissan's email communication to be clear and forthright. At the dealership I was assisted by Jay, who was very friendly and helpful. The deal had been finalized via email so he was mostly responsible for writing up the sale, and I found him to be prompt and accommodating. The conversation with the finance department was used as an opportunity to up-sell, which I understand is standard. However, he didn't push too hard when I declined the additional services. There was some confusion about finance rates that were available, but we reached a reasonable resolution. More

Smooth Purchase We went Satuday to look at a vehicle. Today is Wednesday and we just drove home in our new Buick Enclave. We sat down with Matt and Jay and they both did a great job getting us through the transaction in a timely manner. Jay is a new employee but you would never know it. He made us feel right at home.
