Do not buy a NEW 2021 Jeep Wrangler from here and expect to get superior service when the engine fails UNDER WARRANTY. For a problem that is under recall..... it kind of goes like this..... I get st expect to get superior service when the engine fails UNDER WARRANTY. For a problem that is under recall..... it kind of goes like this..... I get stranded, engine overheated. They "fix" it. Without my Jeep for 2 days. I get stranded 2 weeks later for the exact same thing. Pain in the neck to be down 1 car - graciously gave us a loaner. Without my Jeep for 2 days. I get stranded 1 week later for THE EXACT SAME THING! Crazy coincidence, right? You know the drill, same as above...... now it gets goood....... I get stranded for THE LAST TIME! same problem....They give me a loaner that smells like a wet ashtray that I can't drive because it gives me a migraine. They inform me it will take 2 WEEKS to rebuild the engine (hello tank my resale value) because they are so backed up. That was 2 1/2 weeks ago........ Tuesday I received an email stating they HAVEN'T EVEN STARTED REPAIRS YET BECAUSE THEY HAVE NO ONE TO WORK ON IT! 2 months + without a car that I am paying $ for..... Customer service was great from the original scheduling appointment, check in, to picking up my Vehicle. Friendly, polite, from the beginning to the end, when I dropped off my 2015 Jeep Cherokee for over appointment, check in, to picking up my Vehicle. Friendly, polite, from the beginning to the end, when I dropped off my 2015 Jeep Cherokee for overdue/needed service on June 30, 2022. Full service/inspection was done. I was not "pushed" into services not needed on my Jeep. Such as, I asked about my Brakes. Inspection was done, no service needed/required. Saved me money on something not needed at this time! When it came time for me to pick up my Jeep, I was running late. Spoke with Jason, my service advisor. Jason stayed past closing approx 10 minutes to sign me out, so I would not have to leave my, " ready to be picked up" Jeep overnight, and return the next day. This was GREATLY appreciated!! Just this little gesture was to me part of the overall customer service that I received from Jason and the Service Department! Thank You! Keith White More

The service department is HORRIBLE! My car was dropped off there for a recall. My car was driven there with no issues except the recall. My car had to be towed from their service depart My car was dropped off there for a recall. My car was driven there with no issues except the recall. My car had to be towed from their service department and have a new motor put in. They broke my car and refused to take responsibility. I would never recommend them to anyone!! More
