My 2nd vehicle in 2 years I was involved in a motor vehicle accident in jan. 2015. which totaled my 2013 Malibu. Once all was cleared which was about 2 weeks, I called my first sales agent who was Tracey and advised her of the situation. She immediately told me not to worry the she would help me through this tough time. Tracey and I were in constant contact daily about what she needed from me to get the deal done. After about two days Tracey called me and stated we got something for you, she asked "do you like the new Malibu". I responded that "I would love to have a new Malibu". I arrived late in the evening to pick up the new vehicle, she had all paper work ready and I was in and out in about 45min. I ABSOLUTELY love this dealer and Tracy. I will NEVER NEVER buy another vehicle from any other dealer. If you're looking for a new vehicle please please go and ask for Tracey (she has bleach blonde hair) Kevin in finance was also amazing and very friendly and went the extra mile for me. More

I had a 04 Chrysler Pacifica I still owed close to $4000 on and it was dying fast. I worked with countless other dealerships who didn't really care abt my situation and just wanted my money. I first spoke to Miranda who assured me that as long as they had a vehicle that could hide my negative equity that they could help me. So I set up an appointment. I was unable to attend the first one so I rescheduled. The day of my appointment came and Jeff called to tell me he would be helping me. As I preped my vehicle to go in the radiator hose broke and it began smoking, I called all three dealerships to say I couldn't come in because my car was down. They all said ok Nd keep them posted. Then Miranda at Dave Gill calls me back and says "sounds like the car is giving you a hard time just come on in and bring the vehicle info we will tow it if we want it." I was like wow she really wants to help me! So I go in and Jeff is busy with another customer and Miranda introduced me to Scott. He was very friendly and listened to my situation and hung on every detail. So we began the process. My credit is not good so we ran into a road block with the banks. They originally approved me for a couple cars that reminded me of the situation I was currently in. That was not cool for Scott, so he went to talk to the finance dept. So then he comes back with another solution and I didn't like it so I left. I got abt half way down the road and turned around and came back. When I came back Scott's face lit up. Then he told me he was so upset because I left and that he was fighting hard to get me in a vehicle because I had everything I needed. Long story short he worked with me and the banks for hours to finally get me into something a 2015 Chevy Sonic. I was the first customer to ever drive it. He made sure it was cleaned and the tank was filled before I left! He stayed well after to make sure I knew how to work all the features and every thing. I felt like more than a customer with Scott! He went above and beyond and I've never met a salesman of his caliber! I originally chose Dave Gill because my mom purchased her Trail Blazer there in 06 used and never has a problem since. I knew the cars were superior and now I know the employees and the service is as well! Thanks Dave Gill and Scott for showing me that salesmen do care abt their customers! I will def be back! More
Great Exprience Anthony Lewis (sales, and by extension, Dave Gill Chevrolet), did not resort to typical high pressure sales tactics, which I detest. He (They), laid Anthony Lewis (sales, and by extension, Dave Gill Chevrolet), did not resort to typical high pressure sales tactics, which I detest. He (They), laid out the facts regarding the car, both during and after the test drive, and allowed me to make an intelligent decision. To be honest, I was simply taking my 2011 Camaro in for service, and was not even thinking of trading it in. But he made me an offer I could not refuse (insert Godfather theme music here), and we closed the deal on a 2015 Impala. I am extremely pleased with the way they treated before, during, and after the sale process. More
