He managed to tell me way more about the vehicle and it's components than I expected. (I'm still trying to comprehend). I hope he'll be there whenever I have future questions. My Silver Lining I've had a relationship with Dave Gill's Service department for the past 5 years (since moving to Columbus from Chicago). They were always nice and co I've had a relationship with Dave Gill's Service department for the past 5 years (since moving to Columbus from Chicago). They were always nice and courteous. I'd only visit the sales side of the dealership while waiting for my SUV; you know, just trying to see what Chevy was doing lately with their models. So when an unfortunate accident left with me with a need for a new vehicle, I naturally thought of Dave Gill, though I didn't know that much about their sales side. I looked online and saw what I wanted. I was about to be bummed that Dave Gill didn't offer exactly what I wanted, but I still wanted to give them a chance because of the relationship I had with the service department. From the moment I started interacting with the sales team, they've been nothing but extremely helpful. Adam started things off by sending my request to the sales team. Miranda followed up with a call and setting up an appointment for me to meet Anthony "Tony" Lewis. Tony is amazing. He took me out in the rain for a test drive, so I could really see how it handles inclement weather. He answered any and every question I had about the vehicle. He even answered questions that I hadn't even thought to ask. He assuaged any doubts I had about not having a 3.6L engine with AWD. He even worked it out so I could actually drive off the lot with a new vehicle that had way more than I thought I could ever want. Lisa Pape was equally as amazing with the finance deal she was able to secure; I've never had that low of an annual percentage rate when purchasing a vehicle. Even after I purchased the 2015 Equinox, Tony didn't stop there. He's truly gone above and beyond the call of a sales consultant. He was awesome enough to help me return the rental vehicle I was driving; put my plates on my new Equinox in frigid temperatures and set up an appointment with me to get Protec applied. He did all of this while suffering through my incessant chatter. :-) Everyone at Dave Gill (from Matt the sales manager, to other sales consultants like Archie and finance manager, Kevin) made me feel so welcomed into the family. I think it's also neat that they announce you as a new family member once a vehicle has been purchased. I truly enjoyed the experience I had with purchasing a vehicle at Dave Gill and would definitely recommend them to any and everyone. They were truly my silver lining in an extremely dark cloud. :-) More

Best Experience for Purchasing my First New Car :) I have purchased used vehicles in the past and I wish I would have known about Tracey Saura at Dave Gill sooner as she was amazing to work with. All my other experiences at different dealerships have been awful and they pretty much lied in order to get deals. Tracey and the sales manager Matt were so down to earth and did not pressure me into anything! They stayed later hours in order to be a convenience to my schedule. They also did not have the exact color I wanted so they were able to make arrangements to get the color I liked :) I truly wish that everyone would know about Tracey and work with her when looking for a new car because it was the best and easiest experience I have ever had. Also, Miranda at the front desk was so great about finding the time to meet Tracey and emailed me back and forth right away. All of the staff at Dave Gill was so nice. Even other sales representatives opened the door when we came in and out of the dealership. I love my new car! Thanks Dave Gill! :) More

My friend Shane Pulley had let me know he was working at Dave Gill, and suggested that I come in to see what they had to offer. I looked through the online inventory and came in with a pretty good idea of what I wanted, and with Shane's help & expertise I got into my FIRST brand new car, a Cruze that makes me smile every time I get in it! If Shane had not been so nice, informative, and helpful, I don't think I would have been as confident, but with his assistance I had a great experience and drove away in a car I absolutely love! Upon arrival we were greeted immediately, took a test drive, completed all the paper work and were returning home with our impeccably clean car (which had a full tank of gas I might add) in slightly over an hour. I feel like I got a lot of car for the $5000 I spent, which is not much money when it comes to the cost of a car, but that's all my budget would allow. I arrived home and heard a noise in one of the wheels, so I called the dealership. They made time in a crowded schedule and gave me a service appointment for today, investigated and corrected the small problem, free of charge. I offered to pay for the service as I did buy the car, as is. I really appreciate their gesture of good faith. At all times I was treated as a valued and respected customer by everyone I had contact with at Dave Gill Chevrolet. The car looks great and runs well.
