I recently purchased a Chevy Cruze at your dealership. I had previously walked into the Dave Gill dealership several times looking at different cars, but this time around I was greeted by Randy Beach (he wa had previously walked into the Dave Gill dealership several times looking at different cars, but this time around I was greeted by Randy Beach (he was very friendly) and he helped me locate a Cruze to test drive. Once we were back at the dealer, I started to work with John Fitzgerald. John helped me locate the exact car I wanted, which was a job in itself, because of the time of year I was purchasing a car. We went over several features the car had to offer including what was important to me and what I wanted in my car. This was my first brand new car, so there were several emotions involved and John actually understand and cared. He wanted me to be happy with the experience and wanted me to love the car I was buying. After the paperwork was signed and completed, John took me out to my new car and walked me through all the new features that were included. He took his time and made sure I knew exactly how to use them and also advised me if I needed more help to give him a ring. Once I drove off the lot and reality hit, I was 100% satisfied with my purchase and the customer service I received from John. He changed my whole opinion on car salesman and you can tell he really cares about his job and his clients. I will definitely go back to Dave Gill in the future. If there was anything we couldn't figure out we went back and they helped us. So when we were involved in an auto accident and out car was totaled the only place we choose to go was Dave Gill. They helped us find a 2013 Chevy Cruze just like our 2012. Both Randy and Don were very helpful. Randy helped us find the exact car that we had but a year newer. He spent a lot of time explaining the newer things that were added. he helped us set up on star and our radio. Don worked very hard to get us a good finance rate and help us work with the insurance company to receive our check quicker. He even told us that some insurance companies will also give you money back on taxes of newer totaled cars with the purchase of a replacement car. Something we never thought to ask. He also help us cancel out protection agreements and get some money back. Again something else we didn't realize was possible. We have always had a positive experience at Dave Gill. They make you feel special. They really care and do great at following up. I feel that most car dealers only want to sell you a car. Then they don't really care. That is not true at Dave Gill. They are always there to help you with any concerns or problems after the sell. You are important. More

I came in a few weeks ago to test drive a Chevy Equinox. Cory Ream was a great salesperson and treated me with respect and was very patient with me. All my questions were answered and I felt at ease.
