I could not believe how easy a car purchase could be, until I went here. I don't often take the time to review businesses, even on good experiences, but this place was warm & awesome. I ran a search for the most affordable & safest cars out there & liked the Chevy Sonic. I ran a general inquiry on the internet & Jessica, from Dave Gill, was the first to contact me. I merely came down to have my Jeep appraised, but left with a new Sonic. Corey Ream took over the deal & was very friendly & informative. Not only did he help me find the Sonic that I wanted, but it was on the showroom floor!! They moved a few things & pulled it out of the building for me & I loved it instantly. Don Rioux took over the financial side of the deal & he could NOT have been more helpful & knowledgeable. I felt no pressure there, which is something that I have never experienced in a car dealership. Times have certainly changed, at least with this company. At 43 years old, I have always hated buying a car, until now. These people have earned my future business, by just taking the time to explain things, push for the best financing & not pressure me in any way. I want to thank Jessica for reeling me in and Corey & Don for making my experience the best I have ever had. The entire building thanked me, when I was leaving. I was in a terrible accident on January 5 of 2013. My car was deemed s total loss a few days after the accident. I had no clue what to do about the situation. He and a few other employees worked hard on getting me a car. I was in a new car test driving it and the next day it was mine. The speed of service I received left me very happy. Mr. Bell made sure he helped me in any way he could. He was excellent in explaining the details of the situation. I had a good experience when I came in 2012 and purchased a 2012 Chevy Sonic but I had an even better experience when I purchased my 2013 Chevy sonic. Thanks for everyones help. More

They didn't have the color and options we were looking for on the lot but thet still made us a great deal and got our new good car buying expierence. Corey R. provided excellent customer service and stayed with us the whole time--with the exception of when he knew we needed to talk!! We had purchased a vehicle that had a factory defect (found out the d with us the whole time--with the exception of when he knew we needed to talk!! Matt was very helpful in getting On Star switched to our new car and Steve-I think was his name was very efficient with our loan. Staff at Dave Gill were all very relaxed, professional. Since I was the one buying the car and not my husband, Pat treated me professionally, spoke to me directly, did not make me feel inferior at all.
