After test driving over 20 different makes and models with dealers in Pennsylvania and out of state, I chose the Hyundai Tuscon from Hallman Hyundai for three reasons. 1. My Salesperson, Mike Scheau - I was treated with patience and respect. Mike was a great source of knowledge and was genuinely interested in my having a stress-free, pleasant experience. 2. The brand. After being a loyal Toyota customer for more than 25 years, I was impressed by everything that Hyundai has to offer. Some other car manufacturers are so interested in the "Wow" factor that they focus on looks and not ease of use or comfort. My new Tuscon is sharp-looking with features that are easy to use and the comfort is unbeatable. 3. The price. I did my homework. I checked 6 other dealers in PA, NY and OH. Awesome service team We were on our way to SC to visit our son, when we stopped in Erie for breakfast when we had an unexoexted issue with our week old 2019 Hyundai Santa We were on our way to SC to visit our son, when we stopped in Erie for breakfast when we had an unexoexted issue with our week old 2019 Hyundai Santa Fe. It wouldn't lock and the press start wouldnt work, had to use key fob to push the start. Since we were stopping at a hotel that night we knew we had a problem. Soo we looked up Hyundai in Erie and found Hallman. We arrived middle of day, no appointment, but Justin at check in was fantastic in saying he would squeeze us in. Kept us updated on time. Tom who worked on the car was attentive, escalated the issue up to Hyundai. After removing all our items, and loading back in one at a time, low and behold, a battery remote for my husbands electric golf cart (which he didnt have with him) was in his golf bag! Tom said he had seen before where something intefered with the fob. Astonishing this could even happen, but we can't say enough good things about Justin, Tom and the Dealership. More
