Everyone at Kirk Chevy service dept. is first class at what they do, how they treat customers, and the pricing for service is unbelievably affordable. The waiting area has very comfortable chairs, clean restrooms, coffee and snacks. Your service coordinator updates you as the work is being done and makes sure you understand every step. The women in the office who do the billing are accurate, friendly, and patient if you have a question. They make sure you get any discounts you deserve. Scott was terrific. More

Service was very good. Wait was too long, however. My appointment was 12 pm for oil change. All techs were at lunch adding 30 minutes to wait time. This should be an easy Wait was too long, however. I made an appointment by calling the phone number for Dave Kirk. I was appointed a service advisor named William. I arrived at Dave Kirk and was greeted by Matt who was exceptional however he did not hav Dave Kirk. I was appointed a service advisor named William. I arrived at Dave Kirk and was greeted by Matt who was exceptional however he did not have me down for an appointment. Apparently, the call center is not putting appointments in the right places. I also do not see a sticker on my window to show me when I need to get another oil change. The codes were never reprogrammed from the recall that I had done a couple months ago the software that can affect the battery. I’m not sure why Dave Kirk is lacking in detail attention. More
This Service Department has their act together ! !! I called in to get my 1st service done on my 2024 and had an appointment within a couple days. On my day of service I was greeted by my Service w !! I called in to get my 1st service done on my 2024 and had an appointment within a couple days. On my day of service I was greeted by my Service writer (Gab). Within about an hours time my vehicle service was completed. I'm very pleased and will continue to have my Chev Trail Blazer serviced at this dealership. Thank you More
