First mistake was buying tires from the dealership. Had a flat a few days after getting “allegedly new tires”. Returned to find valve stem incorrect, tires were different ages as old as 3 years old. Took months to get all 6 tires with the same date code. I spent 3 trips to and from the dealership. I live 50+ miles away. I ate the cost of the fuel and received nothing for my time and expense. Not in a. big hurry to return to this dealership. Past experiences were not great either… One tire rotation pout inside dual valve stems where they could not be reached…. More
I had a cooling problem arise on my way home from the dealership, I wasn’t able to take the car back to the dealership due to the overheating problem, however a technician was sent to my residence to cor dealership, I wasn’t able to take the car back to the dealership due to the overheating problem, however a technician was sent to my residence to correct the problem, Dave Kirk couldn’t have been more helpful. I am very pleased with the service department and how my issue was taken care of by the service manager and his team. Thank you your professionalism! That is the five stars I gave so if these are actually really read and responded to I want you to know my situation was handled very poorly by my salesman Clay. Clay told me there was good news and there was bad news. The good news was I didn’t pay for it and the bad news is I don’t get it. Please keep in mind that the window sticker said I did pay for it. I did email and picture of it to the service manager. This is very poor salesman ship. There was paper on how he done that I did not fill out and it was filled out by someone other than myself. Would that be considered falsifying documentation? I am more than willing to talk with any manager that would like to call. Please fix this for the next person. More
