I drive all the way from Rocky Top to get my trucks serviced. I wouldn’t trust anyone else beside Dave Kirk Chevrolet with taking care of servicing my trucks. I would recommend this service center, but not for the reason you may think. Mat was very professional and curtsies with me when I was upset. my concern was that I had a 9:30 appointment to install splash reason you may think. Mat was very professional and curtsies with me when I was upset. my concern was that I had a 9:30 appointment to install splash guards front and rear and to install in channel rain guards.I arrived at 9:30. I did not get my car back until 11:30 or so. I talked to Mat and told him I was upset with the amount of time it took. He said he mentioned to the Manager, I never spoke with the manager. When someone has an appointment and the service person that took a set up the appointment is out that day someone else should have taken his appointment schedules . I had to call the service department an that took a set up the appointment is out that day someone else should have taken his appointment schedules . I had to call the service department and find out why they didn’t pick up my car and they said the service man was out sick and had to check on his appointments. Finally they said they would pick up the car . Bad communication with in the service department More
