Dealership and service tech, Gabe, accomplished the items that the appointment was made for. They also checked and replaced a fuel filter and removed a nail from a tire which had a slow leak. First mistake was buying tires from the dealership. Had a flat a few days after getting “allegedly new tires”. Returned to find valve stem incorrect, tires were different ages as old as 3 years old. Took months to get all 6 tires with the same date code. I spent 3 trips to and from the dealership. I live 50+ miles away. I ate the cost of the fuel and received nothing for my time and expense. Not in a. big hurry to return to this dealership. Past experiences were not great either… One tire rotation pout inside dual valve stems where they could not be reached…. More
