In early 2014 we needed a car, and after much debate decided to get a new car instead of used. We were more focused on price and gas mileage than make or model, and set out to find a car. Mungenast Honda, with Gina Bomarito, was our first stop. We did some more looking at other dealers then came back and bought a civic from her. Almost 2 years later we needed to replace and other car...and went back to Gina and Mungenast Honda for another Civic. We can't say enough good things about this dealership. ..no games, no hard uosells, no "let me go talk to my manager" They tell you the price and then tell you what payment options are....their service department is wonderful also. They have our business for life! More

A timely experience. I stopped by the dealership about buying a vehicle for my daughter who will be headed to college next year. When I pulled into the lot Kurt came out I stopped by the dealership about buying a vehicle for my daughter who will be headed to college next year. When I pulled into the lot Kurt came out and greeted me by name and remembered the vehicle i had purchased nearly 3 years earlier for my wife. The conversation lasted for quite a while. I mentioned I liked the Crosstour and that I had seen an ivory colored one in town which I liked. I also told Kurt they were all nice, but the V6 AWD would be preferred. The next morning Kurt called and said they just received the exact car I described in a trade that very evening. Needless to say I traded the next day and I am very satisfied. More

We worked with Rebecca on price and she did a great job of going over the functionality details of the car and even put our new license plates on the car. However, when she turned us over to Dave, their finance specialist, our entire experience changed. Dave started off very friendly discussing how he just arrived back from the Caribbean the night before and he discussed his many other travel experiences throughout the Caribbean. Then after the small talk Dave went for the "old school" "hard sell" on an extended warranty and became very rude when I told him I was not interested. St. Louis Honda is clearly incenting Dave (either financially or with trips) on their extended warranty options and not on my satisfaction. Very unfortunate. More

She was very helpful and prompt with phone calls and text messages. While I had no plans on getting a car, an accident which totaled my 12 year old Honda CRV left me no option. However, having had all the positive experiences with this Honda dealership, it was great knowing I could work with someone so positive and open minded as Gina. More
