He answered all my questions and was quite knowledgable about all the features of the Honda Accord I purchased. Joe treated me with respect at all times and was helpful throughout the process. I'm quite happy with my entire experience and would definitely see Joe first when I need another vehicle. As for Dave... I have purchased quite a few cars in my lifetime, and Dave is absolutely the best financial manager I have come across. This fellow is a treasure for Mungenest in that I have not seen anyone come to his level of understanding when it comes to financing a vehicle. He handled the entire process with ease, answered all my questions, and was friendly throughout the entire process. He saved me money by finding financing through Capital One which was better than the Honda financing; I appreciate that! My transmission went out on my car unexpectedly and I had a few major glitches on my credit report that I hadn't ironed out and had to explain. I had spoke to 2 other dealers. On offered me an incredibly high interest car with no warranty. The second wouldn't return my phone calls. So I was in trouble. I really didn't think I was gonna get a car. Mungenast was referred to me by my girlfriend, who had a great experience with Mike Banaskavich. She was right. Mike took my situation in stride, evaluated my issues and worked towards a car in my price range. He really worked hard to make it work. The next day I received a call from Matt in financing, stating that I had a car. And btw-Matt worked equally hard at making this work. I have four kids, great girlfriend and about 40 years(estimated) till I go to meet my maker, I will be back numerous times during this time. No doubt. More

He does not pressure a customer into making a decision but is courteous and straightforward with his assistance. I have had good experiences with Honda vehicles and will continue to ask for Mike in the future. More
