We were so lucky to work with Gina Bommarito. She was kind, friendly and not pushy at all. She spent a lot of time with us and answered all of our many questions. We became concerned when the sales agent that met us at the door disappeared and we were preparing to leave when Gina Bommarito showed up and saved the day. She answered all of our questions without missing a beat and she was extremely helpful in explaining what options were standard in the CRV we were considering as well as the value attached when buying a Honda and that provided by Mungenast. Once we had made up our mind to purchase our CRV, Gina worked with us to reach a deal acceptable to us and Mungenast and then turned us over to Matt Phillips who walked us through all of complicated paperwork. Matt also took the time to go over everything to insure that we understood what we were dealing with,no hurry or rush. We were very impressed with Mungenast St Louis Honda and will give a strong recommendation to anyone to consider them for the purchase of a new car. More

My experience was amazing. I do not have the best credit, but they were very willing to work with me, and did everything they possibly could to get me into the car I wanted. As a result, I now have a 2013 Ho but they were very willing to work with me, and did everything they possibly could to get me into the car I wanted. Sales process was swift and without the pressure we've experienced with other sales consultants and/or dealerships. We had driven the Pilots at other dealerships but were not impressed by the stereo we've experienced with other sales consultants and/or dealerships. We had driven the Pilots at other dealerships but were not impressed by the stereotypical sales jargon, excessive phone calls, or the sales staff that either did not know how to manage their own negotiations or were not empowered to and had to engage others for pricing approvals. Rob made it a quick and very transparent process that we didn't have to second guess, we would work with Rob again in the future. More
