Buying a vehicle is a major financial decision, and my wife and I wanted to make sure we made the right choice. Kevin never once made us feel like we were just another sale. He invested hours of his time with us, patiently answering every question, accommodating every request, and walking us through every option imaginable. We weren't easy customers and we wanted to compare vehicles, discuss different scenarios, and make absolutely sure we were making the right decision. Kevin never lost his patience, never became frustrated, and never made us feel like we were inconveniencing him. What impressed me the most was what happened when we told him we wanted to visit two other dealerships before making a final decision. Many salespeople would have become pushy or tried to pressure us into buying immediately. Kevin did the exact opposite. He thanked us for coming in, wished us luck, and told us he'd be there if we decided to come back. That level of confidence, professionalism, and respect spoke volumes about his character. Our experiences at those other dealerships couldn't have been more different. I was purchasing the vehicle for my wife, yet the sales staff at both dealerships largely ignored her and directed nearly every conversation to me. It was disappointing and honestly frustrating. He made eye contact with both of us, answered both of our questions, and made sure she was just as involved in every conversation and every decision. If Kevin made us feel welcomed, Gina made us feel taken care of. She was incredibly efficient, knowledgeable, and genuinely cared about helping us get the best possible deal, not just closing paperwork. She quickly prepared multiple financing and down payment options, answered every question without hesitation, and somehow managed to beat not one, but two financing offers I had already secured on my own. She never pressured us, never rushed us, and always made us feel like our satisfaction mattered more than making a sale. Together, Kevin and Gina created what was, without question, the best car-buying experience my wife and I have ever had. In a world where exceptional customer service seems harder and harder to find, these two reminded us what it looks like when people truly care about the customers sitting across from them.
