Overall are experience was very good. Everyone we met with in sales, service, and finance was very professional and very friendly. Also after bringing the vehicle home we noticed a small scratch on the rear passenger door the next day. We brought this to David's attention and he went over all of our options and was able to get it into the shop to get it repaired in a timely manner. This is the second vehicle we have purchased from this dealership and based on the service we have received up to this point we would definitely recommend anyone to visit if they were in the market for a new vehicle. Our salesman, Clayton Patterson, had great customer service skills and went above and beyond our expectations. He actually gives pre-owned salesmen a GOOD name. So far, we have been very happy with our purchase and the follow through on his part & St. Louis Honda. As a women, I dreaded the prospect of looking for a new car. My past dealership experiences had left me feeling taken advantage of and or not taken seriously. Josh Urlich was courteous, knowledgeable and professional. I never felt under pressure or uncomfortable. Josh did a great job listening to and answering all questions I had. I also want to let the dealership know how pleasant my experience was in the financing department. While I know David was in training, he did an excellent job at making me comfortable.
