This dealership was the second one of the day that I visited, and I was already very discouraged from my first experience at Nissan. Luckily, I happened to get Paul as my salesman, and he helped me figure out just the right purchase for me. One test drive in the Civic and I knew that was the car I was looking for. He helped me choose the right trim level (EX) and took the time to work with me on getting it to a price within my range. The whole process took a few hours, but I ended up walking out with a car that night. Paul delivered excellent customer service, making me feel comfortable with my purchase. To top it off, I accidentally left my gate opener in my trade-in, and he drove all the way to the restaurant we were at (at 9:30 p.m.) to hand-deliver it! That, plus the follow-up call the next morning made me happy I decided to give Dave Mungenast my business. 10 thumbs up. More

My brother had a good experience with Robert Carroll and had bought from him in the past. I found him to very nice and friendly. I liked that he was quiet and calm...not pushy at all. I took my automobile on the hottest day of the year (so far) to St Louis Honda's service department because my a/c stopped working. Left it over-night, was notified the next morning that it was going to co far) to St Louis Honda's service department because my a/c stopped working. Left it over-night, was notified the next morning that it was going to cost me $3,255 to fix. I called Gary immediately, asked him to find another with everything that was on my 2005 Accord (bought my first from Gary in May 2005) the same Red, brand new. The first found was everything except new (demo w/5,xxx miles) so he widened his search to 7 states and located one! A dealer terade was processed & someone went to pickup my new car Saturday morning. Gary called me at 10am to let me know it would be in that day (it was still very hot). He thwn called me at 1:00 to advise it should be available by 2:15. The vehicle was everything I wanted (except for my '05 a/c to have not broken) plus there was several item that I didn't really want so I didn't pay extra for them. We now have 2 brand new Honda's (a 2010 Ridgeline & my Accord) along with my 2005 bought from Gary. He is very good, knowledgable and professional and a great steward of the high values and customer service Honda wishes to project. Gary, as well as Ivo Saric (financing), both have my high regards and respect. More

When I returned a few days later to add some accessories and have warranty work done - he had everything set up in service and a loaner for me to use for a couple of hours. The service department was very clean and organized and had many employees ready to help check your car in for service. I'm very pleased with my new Honda van (I traded in a Toyota!) and very impressed with St Louis Honda. Thank you Kenny! More
Salesman was friendly, forthcoming, a tad overbearing at times (but probably no worse than any other car salesperson I've come across), answered all questions thoroughly. My only complaint was after the sale, since I've been inundated with letters, emails, phone calls to find out my level of satisfaction, get me to sign up for special offers, etc. One call would be sufficient. (I know one call is from the dealership and one is from Honda Customer Service, but to a customer it's just another phone call.) Still, overall, I'm very satisfied. More

He provided me with all the information that I needed - availability, options, the pro's vs con's of new vs used and he offered a price that was within my target range. He facilitated the paperwork and was able to get everything all set before I left the Dealership. I only had to return on Monday with a check and the car was waiting for me all ready to go. I had never purchased a car on my own before and Kenny Rauth explained everything to me, answered all my questions and aided me in making the right decision! Thank you. More

Dave, my salesman was wonderful. He was informative and not pushy. He didn't rush me at all and we stayed really late.
