Upon pulling into the car lot you quickly feel your “fight or flight” instinct kick in as you notice the typical car salesperson eyeing you up and coming your way. You already know the game, you’re trying to buy the right car for the right price, and they’re trying to take you for everything you have. After a blitzkrieg of chatter, verbal promises, and sinister “I’m lying straight through my teeth” smiles, they really start putting on the pressure… at least, that’s been my experience each and every time until now. I had the pleasure of working with Rick Brennan at Dave Mungenast St. Louis Honda. He was an absolute professional that NEVER pressured me, NEVER acted put out after numerous trips to talk with him and test drive cars, and ALWAYS treated me with a genuine smile and went out of his way to help me with my decision. As a single woman I have purchased several cars on my own. I must say some of those experiences have been very difficult and unfair. Not so at St. Louis Honda. He was very patient as it took two visits for me to make up my mind. Actually, he was extremely helpful by listening to me and then finding the best car. I appreciate his experience and willingness to answer all my questions and to be there to walk me through the whole process....even when we went past closing one evening. Even before I completed the sale one of the women employees (not the receptionist) found a porter to remove the plates from my old car so my daughter could leave. I knew I was early and my saleman was not due for several minutes. It didn't matter, she helped me with my immediate concern. Wish I knew her name. I am so happy with St. Louis Honda. First of all, everyone was very helpful and the showroom and service area is bright, clean, and breathes efficiency. I trust they will not let me down when I need service. And the location is within a few miles of my home, which is helpful and I would recommend to anyone looking for a car. I was happy with my new car from the moment I left with it. I would tell everyone to ask for Rob Carroll; he was great to work with since he was knowledgeable about the whole process and also concerned about what I wanted and needed. More

Gary stayed with me for a considerable amount of time the day I picked it up while it was being prepared for delivery. I knew what was happening every step of the way. All in all, it was a painless car purchase. How often can you say that?! I have been a customer of St. Louis Honda's service department for 9 years. When we went to the showroom to make the final arrangements, everything was ready and we walked out with a deal I was completely satisified with in 1 visit.
