I wish I could buy a car from Mike at St. Louis Honda every day. My search for a new car sent me to 6 St. Louis area dealerships, which introduced me to six different sales reps. St. Louis Honda was four every day. My search for a new car sent me to 6 St. Louis area dealerships, which introduced me to six different sales reps. St. Louis Honda was fourth on our list, and by the time my husband and I arrived there I had decided that I hated shopping for a new car. Then we met Mike. Imagine your favorite, most inpsiring high school teacher combined with the world's most patient driver's education instructor and you can almost picture how awesome Mike is. Mike provided all the information we needed about the car without one iota of the sterotypical "sleezy" car salesman aspect. Not once did he ask how much we wanted our monthly payment to be. He did not tell us that time was running out on some super awesome deal, or that if we didn't buy the car immediately, it wouldn't be there when we got back. (Although someone had bought the car we test drove by the time we got back!)When we left the dealership, we still had a few cars on our list, but none of them compared to the Honda Fit that we ended up purchasing, and none of the other sales reps compared to Mike. When we returned to the dealership to buy our new car, there were several other customers in front of us. Mike did a phenomenal job of explaining the wait time and letting us know where we were in the process. He stayed until 10:30 at night so that he could walk us out to the car, and even remembered which radio station I listed to during the test drive, and set that staion on the radio for us. I really wanted to give him a hug when we left because he was so helpful. As for the rest of the dealership, everyone we passed smiled at us, Ivo in the finance department was awesome (as was the .9% interst rate!!) and they even have a kids' area off the service department. I can't wait to buy our next car from St. Louis Honda. Thank you so much to the whole team for giving us such a great experience. More

Paul Hartge was a great salesman. We called before we went to the dealership to make our purchase. We wanted to be sure they had the white CRV we were looking for.The first dealership we called said they went to the dealership to make our purchase. I asked Paul to call me after he went out to the lot and saw the car. He called back after he drove the car upto the office. The purchase went great until we had to speak to the financeman (we paid in full by check). WE had a wait of over 30 minutes. Then when we wanted to take the car with us we had a wait of over 1 hour. I had a great experience at this dealership. I left with the perfect car for my family, a great deal, and an overall positive experience. The only complaint I had was how long everything took to completion. We were at the dealership for almost 7 hours, 5 of those hours which we knew the car we were purchasing. I haven't been car shopping in 8 years, so I don't know if that's the standard, but it took forever! Other than that, it was a great experience. We will definetly be returning to this location for another car someday! More

I have a whole house full of Hondas that only get serviced at Dave Mungenast St. Louis Honda. The service and parts departments have always been very kind and humble to me. I have never been to place where every single person is friendly and full of joy. It's almost as if the employees are at home and not at their jobs. Overall Dave Mungenast St. Louis Honda has been the best dealership that I have ever been to.
