It was great experinece to buy Honda CR-V from Ken. He was very friendly with me and my family. In particular, he didn't show some pushing attitude as buyers usually thought. My husband and I walked in the door of the St. Louis Honda dealership and was promptly greeted by Samual Martin. We explained to Sam exactly what we wanted to do which was only to look at a Honda Accor Honda dealership and was promptly greeted by Samual Martin. We explained to Sam exactly what we wanted to do which was only to look at a Honda Accord. Sam was so knowledgable, helpful and friendly that we decided to test drive the Honda Accord eventhough we were literally on our way to purchase a Toyota Camry. My husband has a terminal cancer so I told Sam that we did not have time or energy to haggle. He respectfully submitted our bid and after a reasonable time came back and told us that our deal had been accepted. While we were waiting we were greeted by other salesmen and employees of St. Louis Honda (all nicely dressed in Honda shirts), who made us feel welcome. In addition we were offered snacks and water which we enjoyed on that hot day. Sam and his team were great to work with...they know how to provide quality customer service...I know because I also work in a customer service capacity. On my job we have regular training sessions on how to care for a customer, so it was nice to be on the receiving side of a quality customer service experience. We drove up from Columbia MO to deal with St Louis Honda. A family member had dealt with them before and recommended them.
