He Whenever I'm looking for a new Ford vehicle, Dave Sinclair is the first place I do. Through the years, I've dealt with the same salesman Joel L. He is not the typical pushy salesman you see at al lot of dealers. The dealership maintains a large selection of many models of vehicles. I made an initial trip to the dealership to checkout the selection of the type of vehicle I was looking for along with the equipment I was looking for and took the vehicle for test drive. Two days later I called the dealership to verify they still had the vehicle and returned to the dealership and transaction was fast and smooth and was out of there in less than 2 hours. The only issue I can comment on was I received a little less than I was expecting on a trade-in on my vehicle that was well maintained, loaded with options and driven less than 10K miles a year. Other than that, it was a great transaction and was very satisfied working with Joel again. More

Second visit to the service department I was having problems with the sync system. The problem was not resolved after the first visit to the service department, however after returning for I was having problems with the sync system. The problem was not resolved after the first visit to the service department, however after returning for the second time, the sync system is now working properly. I was provided with a rental car on the second visit because the repair took several days and new parts needed to be ordered. More
