I heard about it when one of your service reps mentioned it to a customer in waiting, who was sitting behind me in the waiting area. When I was about to pay my bill, I mentioned Sr. Discount to cashier, who consulted with my service rep. Discount was granted and appreciated by me. I am a Senior - 76 yrs old w/ limited income so every bit helps. More

Great Service? Had da Recall, oil change and new rear brakes installed. Work was completed in an acceptable timeframe without any issues. The overall experience was great. Tom Detwiler, Cindy Hutchcraft, and Joe Gordon made buying our new truck a great experience. We were rushing to make it to other commitments and they took the time to explain things about the contract that we were confused about. Then gave us the opportunity to come back the next morning to sign the paperwork after think about the purchase. Tom and Cindy were incredible. Joe was awesome during our test drive. Our experience with Steve Beck, when it came to the financing and warranty was not as great. Steve was initially friendly, however when we told him that we would not like any other coverage for the truck, than the warranties provided, he was visibly aggravated. I understand that he may receive a commission for the extra warranty options, but he could have expressed his displeasure when we he went to grab the paperwork from the printer, not in front of us. We had to tell him no about the extended warranties several times, even after showing us the pamphlet and coming up with other price options on his computer. We were very close to just walking out on the deal, I would prefer to have to tell someone no, once. If we wanted more warranties, I would have bought it. More

Outstanding people and service My service rep Matt Hackney is the friendliest and most helpful guy. I recently had an issue while on the road, drove straight to the dealership and My service rep Matt Hackney is the friendliest and most helpful guy. I recently had an issue while on the road, drove straight to the dealership and Matt took my car right in to have it checked and even took care of my regular service while I was there. He didn't tell me to make an appointment or come back, I appreciated him taking the time right then to help me out. My sales rep Joel came by and visited with me while I waited on the car. It's always nice when someone remembers you and takes to time to say hello. Sinclair is the best!! More
