Recent Service Experience I took my wife’s VW in for oil change and tire rotation. The technician could not find the locking lug nut, which was eventually found. After ap I took my wife’s VW in for oil change and tire rotation. The technician could not find the locking lug nut, which was eventually found. After approximately 5 hours in service, I was told that they cracked a housing when they changed the oil. They had to get the part at VW. I waited about 1.5 hours longer. Normally, service is very good. Not this time More
