My salesperson was helpful explaining in reasonable detail the features of each model in which I expressed interest. The sales manager Megan was gracious and courteous just as was Tom appreciative of my communications. Even sales people who were not directly involved in my purchasing experience made themselves available by offering to assist if Tom was not immediately available. Very good purchasing experience to buy a fine Lincoln Navigator Reserve. More
