I had the greatest experience working with Kevin Burlingame. I went there to look and test drive a truck. 2 hours later I was driving home with the vehicle. He took care of everything - transferring plates, calling my insurance company and getting boxes for me to transfer my belongings from my old vehicle. This was the absolute worst car buying and customer service experience!! While our sales associate was drawing up paperwork for purchase we wanted to test drive one last time. After expressing our overwhelming frustration with the management because of how poorly this was handled they seem unphased and not sympathetic at all. In the past year and a half my fiance, family friend, and my self have bought 3 vehicles from Deuce. This guy is top of the line. I would steer clear of this place at all cost! I made an appointment to test drive a used car, that was new to their dealership. I made and appointment with Jordan online. When I arrived the day of the test drive, a man named Mathew Roeder approached me. From there, I believed I was profiled. Profiled in a sense of a younger gentlemen that was test driving a “sports car”. The day of the test drive I was ready for make a purchase that day if the number were to align. From the get-go Mathew was extremely standoffish, rude and belittling, Not welcoming whatsoever. I test drove the car, to which I found the car to have a lot more blemishes than I had expected and it was extremely clear that the used car was a smokers car. Mathew was very rude in his response said “I didn’t smell the smoke” and when I started to point out all the marks on the car to him, he stated in a rude tone “Well this is a used vehicle.” I was VERY aware this was used vehicle but I wasn’t expecting so many chips and marks in the paint. I tried to make small talk by asking about the weather and in passing, asked about the Carfax. All responses made me feel like I was just wasting his time. Again to no surprise it seemed that I was wasting his time to even ask about pricing. By then I was completely checked out and knew this place wasn’t for me. Long story short I took my business down the road and purchased the same car where I was offered amazing customer service and could actually have a personal conversation with my salesman. Mathew was by far the rudest and most unprofessional car associate I have ever dealt with. Mathew Roeder should treat ALL prospective clients with respect and I bet he would get farther with sales. I’m not saying you shouldn’t go to this dealership, I’m just saying Mathew Roeder is not someone you should be seeing. More
Used to be a good, reliable service department. I made an appointment weeks in advance to get a convenient time and they called me the day before to cancel. I had to take what time they could give me the following week. Doing routine service they damaged the car and didn't tell me. I noticed the damage when I arrived home and called them to address the issue. After two days with no return call I filed a BBB complaint. Dave Smith responded and promised to repair at their expense. They allegedly ordered the part three months ago but now will not return calls to schedule service. On top of everything else they showed my car registered to someone else and I bought it direct from Dave Smith. Take your car there at your own risk because they WILL NOT stand by their work and you will have no recourse except to hire a lawyer. More

Bought a vehicle from Dave Smith in 2017, get a call while in for oil change that my vehicle needed lug nuts for 57 and some change due to someone wrenching on them to much and lug caps are rounded out. while in for oil change that my vehicle needed lug nuts for 57 and some change due to someone wrenching on them to much and lug caps are rounded out. Well, There dealership is the only ones that have ever removed the caps so I find that kinda interesting. So while in there talking to the sales lady, she explained that they are after market lug nuts they replaced them with....ok cool and I walked out the door. After reading over the invoice, they only replaced 5 of them at 11 something apiece. Since when does aftermarket lugs nuts cost 11 dollars apiece. I thought for 57 , they would all be replaced. Sounds like a scam. More
Failed to refund warranty I cancelled the extended Warranty through Matt Huffnagel on 12/30/19 within the 30 day time period and was entitled to a full refund as per NYS law. As of yet I have not received the refund, I have an audio recording of Matt Huffnagel promisong the refund within 30 days. I have an audio recording of this Huffnagel promising this. During that conversation he also stated the warranty center was closed (it was a Monday at 11"15 a.m. when I mentioned this he changed his story to his only contact there was off that day. I also have this, among other things, recorded. Follow up phone calls were ignored. I have filed a complaint with NYS Consumer Affairs and they are following up. More
