Top notch service in a storm.! So we headed over to buy a Ram 2500 February 2018. What we didn’t know was there was a snowstorm about to hit all the passes, we drove from the coast. I knew they wanted to really go over a lot of truck and all the options with us, but I told them given the conditions, if you really want to provide customer service “turn and burn” so we can get back home.! That’s exactly what they did.! That had all the paperwork ready, immediately looked over my trade in, fed ya lunch, signed papers and hit the road..! Willis and staff were honest, upfront about everything and timely.! Not to mention the price of my truck nobody else could touch.! It was worth the drive, even in the snowstorm.! Ultimately disappointed. What started as a great experience turned into a financing nightmare. When we bought the vehicle we were advised by the finance department that after What started as a great experience turned into a financing nightmare. When we bought the vehicle we were advised by the finance department that after 4 months to contact them and they would help us refinance at a lower interest rate through another finance company besides Chrysler. We made contact after four months and we were referred to the re-financing department, filled out applications for re-financing, had our credit reports completed and were told we had been approved by BofA for re-financing at a lower rate. We signed all documents provided to us including power of attorney and the actual re-financing contract and fedexed to Dave Smith. Two days later we received a letter from Dave Smith saying our application to re-finance was unacceptable to them and they would not facilitate our request. There is no explanation for this non-approval. Combined my wife and I have a credit rating of 794 and have never been rejected by any financing in our lives. Additionally it is very disconcerting that customers are asked to execute legal binding documents and then told the transaction is cancelled for no apparent reason. We feel a bait and switch was perpetrated on us and we are very disappointed. We cannot recommend this dealership again. More

In my case, I bought my truck via phone conversations and ultimately agreed to a lease (with a payoff after 4 payments). The purchase process took over two months, mostly due to paperwork being mishandled and/or ignored. Finally, their customer service person (Haley) got involved and things were straightened out, and my truck is awesome. My suggestion...go to their dealership and close the deal in one day and drive away. More
