Dave Smith keeps their word - made it right! I purchased a nice used Diesel 3500 Ram pickup in Nov. 2017, but it still had its check engine light on. The salesman assured me that Dave Smith woul I purchased a nice used Diesel 3500 Ram pickup in Nov. 2017, but it still had its check engine light on. The salesman assured me that Dave Smith would get it fixed as part of the deal. Since I was out of the area, they said get a quote from my local Dodge dealer and they would reimburse me. The quote was significant, so we agreed they would fix it if I brought it back to the Dave Smith service dept. They took some time, replacing various sensors, the computer, wiring harness and sockets, and eventually ring tone hardware in the engine. This last step fixed the problem! They gave me a rental for no cost while they worked on the pickup and then delivered my pickup to me and took the rental car back. All of this service was at no additional cost to me. I am very happy to have my pickup without the check engine lite that now has immediate start. I thought many times in the process that Dave Smith was going to try to make me take the pickup without solving the problem, but they didn't try it. They kept their word they gave me during the sales deal. Expect them to do the same for you! More

Great sales people, took a long time I searched online for a used pickup. I was contacted by Drew. He found me a truck i was looking for and for the price i needed. I live over 3hrs away, I searched online for a used pickup. I was contacted by Drew. He found me a truck i was looking for and for the price i needed. I live over 3hrs away, so Drew and i worked most of the details and paperwork out over the phone/email. My only complaint was i arrived there at 1pm, and still didn't leave until 5:30pm. I have T-Mobile and my phone had no service and dealerships Wi-Fi was down...i was bored and annoyed. I would still recommend and i would definately purchase another vehicle from Dave Smith. More
