Worst experience ever! My 2016 Dodge Dually diesel has been in the shop for 4 months now and still is not repaired. Since it has been in the shop my vehicle has been damaged My 2016 Dodge Dually diesel has been in the shop for 4 months now and still is not repaired. Since it has been in the shop my vehicle has been damaged and there is approximately 464 so-called test miles put on it which is rather concerning since most of the issues are electrical and can be determined by simply turning the ignition on. I was concerned about the vehicle having so many issues that could not be repaired that I requested Dave Smith to buy the vehicle back. After talking to the CFO for Dave Smith as well as many others , I was told that Dave Smith could not take a loss on such an expensive vehicle but yet they seem to be just fine with their customer taking the loss. I have now hired an attorney which is unfortunate that Dave Smith will not do the right thing from the start. I wouldn't recommend Dave Smith to anyone for any reason whether it be purchase or repair. It is just my opinion that Dave Smith may sell a lot of vehicles and be very well known but their follow-up after the purchase is less than horrible. More
