For-Ev-Er Bought a used car (5 years old) from Dave Smith in Kellogg. Drove it for 5 or 6 months and the transmission went out. OK, well, at least we bought t Bought a used car (5 years old) from Dave Smith in Kellogg. Drove it for 5 or 6 months and the transmission went out. OK, well, at least we bought the used car warranty. Warranty company strongly recommended we take the car to the dealer we bought it from. Called to make an appointment to have it looked at. Soonest appointment I could get is 7 business days out. Not very good impression even though other Dodge dealerships in the area have a similar wait for service. Got the vehicle to the dealership and they were very quick to make a diagnosis. It then took 6 weeks to get the car back. Its like the Worlds largest Dodge dealership only has one transmission tech. The delay is blamed on Tech in training, holidays, illness, parts. Very difficult or impossible to get service desk to return a phone call. Not impressed. Employees are very nice, not rude. More

Great Buying Experience I found out about Dave Smith Motors while researching trucks and reading other peoples blogs. I had been working with local dealerships here in Texas but they really didn't want to work with me and especially with my wife since I was not there with her. Once I contacted Dave Smith, they got in contact with me within a couple of hours. Aspen Viche originally was helping me with my request. She was on top of all of my questions and eventually passed me on to Stephanie Latina who helped me to finalize my purchase. I ended up ordering a truck the way that I wanted it built and anytime that I had questions about the status, Stephanie was right on top of getting me that information. She has been great to work with and I would recommend working with her for your purchases. Dave Smith has a great way to sell vehicles. To have the low haggle free pricing has been the best experience that I have had buying new vehicles. I would definitely recommend them for your next purchase. More
