California resident purchased out of state pick up in Idaho. The reason i purchased from this dealer was partially from a friend who recommended. I have driven my truck over 400 miles and it still won't pass smog in California! All I am trying to do is complete the sale here in California and move on. And for sure the truck is completely smog ready by Dodge but California is doing what it does best, screw up something and charge way more money that it should!!! More
