Above and Beyond The Extra Mile in Expectations I highly recommend Dave Smith Motors. While in our exhaustive search locally we got a lot of people that wanted to sell us a Jeep. Not all of them lis I highly recommend Dave Smith Motors. While in our exhaustive search locally we got a lot of people that wanted to sell us a Jeep. Not all of them listened to what we were looking for. So we expanded the search. I sent in a request for one of the Jeeps that Dave Smith had for sale that wasn't quite what we were looking for but close. I was contacted by Samuel McLinden and a very refreshing experience began. We were looking for a very specific set up and he is the first out of all the people we went and saw locally in Tacoma that said "why don't we just order exactly what you want?". So we did and it was very exciting because my wife and I had never special ordered a vehicle before. He was amazing and everyone that we met at Dave Smith in our nice journey to their awesome dealership are a class act. An amazing experience including the weekend excursion to pick up our new JK that we fell in love with. We will definitely buy from them again when in the market. More

Selection is amazing. It is a well oiled machine putting out around 40 car deliveries per DAY. You can waste time and get quotes at dealers in your state...they can't beat Dave Smith Motors. (I found a dealer in California who was "close" with a higher price but without travel expenses needed. DSMotors took a loss on the deal to earn my business. They earn money on volume bonuses...not so much on individual sales. I will be buying ALL my future vehicles here. Everyone from the shuttle driver, Jennifer Acheson, Damyka and Ashley Smith, Rocky and Tim all were amazing. Highly recommend. More

Portland has very little in the way of selection, especially if you are looking for 1 ton trucks with an Aisin transmission. Both times, we had a couple trucks we were interested in. Their sales people work really hard to have the trucks ready and waiting when you get there so you can test drive them and choose. We had Constance the first time and Leonard the second. The second time over we picked our truck out around 5-6pm and it needed a gooseneck hitch put in it. We assumed they would put it in the next morning, but we got there at 8:30 and the hitch was in and the truck was ready to go. Leonard and the installers stayed up late that night to get everything ready to go for us, you guys really kick xxx! Your installers deserve kisses, both hitches they put in are clean and neat compared to our last hitch we had installed in Portland. The finance fellow, Austin, was fantastic and low stress.
