Great Car Shopping Experience We went into Solon Nissan in search of a replacement vehicle for our 2002 Nissan Xterra. As Xterras are no longer available, we looked at several Niss We went into Solon Nissan in search of a replacement vehicle for our 2002 Nissan Xterra. As Xterras are no longer available, we looked at several Nissan Rogues for a replacement. Our sales person, Allen Lyle, was very knowledgeable as he showed us various vehicles. We test drove a couple of Rogues. After the second test drive we had found the vehicle that handled and felt just right. Allen patiently explained features and options so that we were confident that we had selected the car that best fit our needs. I called back and tried to make it right and even offered to buy a newer car or anything to make the situation right. They did not care and basically responded with not my problem any longer. Anyway after not getting a response from them on the issue and not wanting to help me find another car or even give me a fair trade in. So i sank money into the car and after failed attempts to get anything from them I traded the car in at another dealership and bought another vehicle. The experince i had at the other dealership i went to was a great experiencing and i will go back. Hope they learn that if they concentrate on the customer instead of just money they will begin to do better. More

Horrible buying experience They say they look at their cars for safety and they do not check them at all. I notice a problem and hour after buying a car there and they said as is I even suggested that we work some kind of other deal and they just tried ripping me off and hiding the price of the car and act like they were helping me. Car had multiple safety issues that are supposedly checked out. I have bought 35 plus used cars in my life and will never ever buy from them and will tell anybody I know to steer clear. More
